Custom software development

Custom software built around how your business actually operates.

Pampero designs, develops, installs and maintains AI-powered operational software for organizations whose requirements cannot be solved by standard platforms.

When custom development makes sense

Most operational problems are not a missing app. They are a workflow no platform was designed for.

  1. 01

    Information is re-typed between systems

Employees move the same record through several tools by hand, and every hop adds delay and a chance to lose accuracy.

  2. 02

Existing software cannot hold your workflow

The process is specialized enough that configuring an off-the-shelf product means bending the business to the tool.

  3. 03

Manual steps create delays and inconsistent records

The outcome depends on who handled it, so reporting and review require reconstruction after the fact.

  4. 04

AI has to work with your own procedures and data

Generic assistants do not know your rules, escalation paths or record structure. Yours has to.

  5. 05

Disconnected tools should become one controlled platform

Consolidating scattered spreadsheets, inboxes and trackers gives one place to operate and one place to audit.

What Pampero builds

Systems that carry real operational load, not demos.

Internal operational platforms

One controlled environment for the work your team performs daily, with roles, permissions and a record of what happened.

Conversational AI and voice agents

Agents that follow your approved script, capture structured information and hand over to a person when a case requires judgement.

Workflow automation

Routing, validation and follow-up handled by the system so staff time goes to exceptions rather than transcription.

Customer-service systems

Intake, triage and response tooling that keeps context attached to the case from first contact through resolution.

Dashboards and business intelligence

Operational reporting built on your own records, so volume, timing and bottlenecks are visible without manual assembly.

CRM and third-party integrations

Connections into the systems you already pay for, so data moves once and stays consistent across them.

Secure portals and administrative tools

Authenticated access for clients, partners or internal administrators, scoped to what each role should see and do.

Development process

A delivery sequence you can hold us to.

  1. 01

    Discovery and workflow mapping

We document the process as it runs today, including the exceptions, and agree what the system must handle.

  2. 02

    Architecture and commercial proposal

You receive the proposed architecture, integration points, security approach and a scoped commercial proposal before development starts.

  3. 03

    Milestone-based development

Work is delivered in reviewable milestones so progress is visible and priorities can be adjusted deliberately.

  4. 04

    Testing and client validation

We test against your real cases and your team validates behaviour before anything is placed in front of live operations.

  5. 05

    Installation and team onboarding

We install the system in your environment and train the people who will operate and supervise it.

  6. 06

    Ongoing maintenance and optimization

After launch we monitor, maintain and refine the system as volumes, integrations and procedures change.

Engagement models

How work is scoped and priced.

We do not publish a universal price for custom development. Scope, number and complexity of integrations, security requirements and deployment environment determine the cost, and that is established during discovery.

Custom development
Priced after discovery, once the workflow, integrations and deployment requirements are understood.
Installation of existing Pampero systems
Deployment and configuration of a system we have already engineered, adapted to your environment.
Monthly maintenance and support
Continuous monitoring, maintenance and support for systems in operation.
Additions and functionality changes
New functionality is scoped separately so existing systems stay stable while they evolve.

Engineering example

Attesta: a supervised AI intake platform.

Pampero developed a supervised AI intake platform combining live conversations, structured records, human takeover, audit visibility and system integration.

It was designed for a medical-device complaint-intake workflow, which is why the platform treats supervision, record structure and handover as first-class requirements rather than add-ons. The same engineering approach applies to other regulated or high-consequence operations.

Presented as an example of engineering scope. No regulatory approval, certification, verified savings or compliance guarantee is claimed.

Questions

What clients ask before scoping a project.

What types of software does Pampero develop?
Operational platforms, workflow automation, conversational and voice AI, customer-service systems, dashboards, integrations, and secure portals or administrative tools. The common factor is software that runs a process, rather than marketing sites or consumer apps.
Can Pampero integrate with our existing systems?
Yes, where the system exposes an interface such as an API, database connection or supported export. Integration points are identified during discovery and confirmed in the architecture before development begins.
How is a custom project priced?
After discovery. Scope, integrations, security requirements and deployment environment determine the cost, and you receive a scoped commercial proposal before any development is committed.
Who owns the software and data?
Terms are defined in the project agreement. Your operational data remains yours, and code or intellectual-property ownership and licensing are agreed during contracting so both sides know what transfers and what is licensed.
What happens after launch?
Systems can be covered by a monthly maintenance and support engagement that includes monitoring, maintenance and refinement. Larger additions are scoped separately.
Can Pampero improve software we already use?
Often, yes. We can extend a system, automate around it or integrate it with the rest of your stack. If replacing it would cost less than working around it, we will say so during discovery.
